Christie is a partnerships strategist and global health fundraiser with experience driving investment into critical global challenges, including expanding access to mental health care, advancing reproductive health, scaling digital health innovations, and the rapid development of innovative climate technology. She is responsible for closing over $85 million in non-dilutive funding from public, private, and government partners with a success rate of 63%. With a knack for bridging data and emotion, Christie makes complex global challenges feel tangible, actionable, and investable. Christie currently serves as a Co-Chair for CatalystNow’s Mental Health Collaboration.

Tamara brings 15+ years of experience in public health, systems thinking, and innovation, specializing in developing and executing actionable strategies and services that deliver measurable social impact. As the founder of Elephant Impact, she helps organizations apply human-centered design to create scalable, sustainable solutions that align with their goals and drive innovation. Tamara specializes in leading clients through a transformative strategy process, fostering innovative thinking, broadening perspectives, and challenging convention to craft a winning strategy that drives long-term, sustainable impact.

Senior Consultant

Sriya has over 10 years of experience in public health, project management, and digital health. She has led large-scale initiatives such as ICDS-CAS, one of the world’s largest nutrition related digital health programs implemented nationally in India, and piloted eIMNCI, a digital tool designed to support the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of children under 5 years in Jharkhand, India. She also piloted e-SAATHI, a maternal health chatbot that reached thousands of women in Assam. Sriya holds a Master’s in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Biology & Health from Brandeis University. She is certified in mental health leadership through Sangath and has worked on projects supporting adolescent health and mental well-being with NGOs in India. She has a strong track record of managing teams, working across cultures, and using technology to improve health outcomes in sustainable and practical ways.

Leah has over a decade of experience leading strategic partnerships, driving digital innovation, and spearheading business development across the international development, tech-for-good, and media sectors. She empowers mission-driven organizations and founders to scale their growth and maximize their impact, with a focus on leveraging technology and innovation to drive positive global change. Throughout her career, Leah has led go-to-market efforts across many global contexts and secured and managed multi-million dollar partnerships with key public, private, and government stakeholders across diverse sectors. Before founding her own consultancy, she held leadership roles at Premise Data and Viamo. Based in Washington, DC, Leah holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
